Contact In The Desert UFO Sighting
About this footage YouTube user Richard Carlson writes:
"June 4, 2016: At approximately 9:40 PM PDT a group of 6 to 8 unidentified aircraft were observed at 34 degrees, 8 minutes, 18.05 seconds north, 116 degrees, 21 minutes, 35.32 seconds west. They flew from the North West to the East heading toward Twenty-nine Palms area at an estimated altitude of 600 feet and estimated distance of 1000 feet from us.
Video was taken using a IGEN NV20/20 Night Vision at 7FPS with a NTSC output to both a Sony Digital Handycam Model DCR-TRV27 (video input and recorder) and Sony model DVP-FX930 portable CD/DVD player with a video-in port (as a monitor). Much to our dismay we used a new SIRUI light weight tripod and had camera control issues all night including the sighting.
We could not hear any aircraft noise, but the group up the hill from us was pretty loud. The Twenty Nine Palms Strategic Expeditionary Landing Field is 16.6 miles as the crow flies at 48 degrees AZ from our location. We watched the last UFO until it was out of sight, it did not turn to the north to line up to the field, it continued due east. Google Earth shows 8 Helos, 7 training aircraft and 8 fighters on the 3/9/2013 pass, next pass was 1/2/15 and no aircraft are seen but day after new Years I would expect that.

Contact In The Desert 2016 Is Finally Here!
Contact In The Desert 2016 is finally here! The ufo festivities are set to commence in 24 hours! I can't wait! I'm totally going to cut a rug at George Noory's birthday extravaganza! I heard anyone who's anyone is going to be there. No seriously...everyone is invited. It's included with the weekend pass.
This year should be epic! It's the fourth annual Contact in the Desert ufology conference and as always, it will be held in the middle of nowhere, Joshua Tree. I love it out there. At night it's beautiful. The sky is so clear, I swear you can reach out and touch the stars. Contact begins Friday, June 3, and runs through Monday, June 6.
The line-up this year is out of this world. Some of the guests speakers are Erich Von Daniken, author of Chariots of the Gods, Linda Molten Howe, Mike Bara, Jimmy Church, David Childress, Jim Marrs, David Wilcock, Whitley Strieber, Richard Dolan, and that's just a few. Not to mention, my spirit animal, George Noory. I love that guy.
Contact In The Desert 2016 Is Almost Here!
Contact in the Desert 2016 is almost here! I'm looking forward to sweating to ass as I listen to lectures about the Annunaki, as mascara slowly drips down my face. Good times. I wouldn't want it any other way! Last year, I'm certain the people sitting behind me thought I was Alice Cooper.
This year should be epic! David Childress is finally on the line-up and George Noory is hosting his bday bash! Don't forget to buy your ticket here. I just purchased my ticket today. I love paying triple the price!
Below are a few of my photos from previous years at Contact in the Desert.
Alien SnowFest Is Almost Here!
Alien Snowfest is right around the corner and I'm pumped to be in attendance for its maiden voyage. This weekend all of my favorite things will collide, Big Bear, aliens, UFOs, and George Noory. Alien Snowfest is going to be epic. I bet the person that came up with the idea for Alien Snowfest came up with it while they were waiting in line for Contact in the Desert.
Last summer at Contact in the Desert, I was waiting in line in a dirt parking lot filled with dust, heat, sweat, and regret. The amount of attendees that were entering the conference created a dirt cloud so big that even Pigpen wouldn't want a part of it.
The air felt like death. It was so dense from the dust that it was hard to breathe, but that wasn't the worst of it. My real enemy that day was the sun. That sun had a bone to pick with me that day because it was beating me down.
The person that came up with the idea for Alien Snowfest must of been in that line. Whoever created this conference is a damn genius. Snowfest has all the ingredients for an ideal conference. It has mountains, snow, stellar lineup, and best of all, George Flippin Noory!!
I'm pretty sure I'm George Noory's biggest fan. Not in a Kathy Bates 'Misery' sort of way, but in a I listen to him every night on Coast to Coast sort of way. I've never met him. I hope I get a chance one day. He's my unicorn. George Noory is the elusive mythical creature I can catch or find at a conference. I'm eager to see him in his natural habitat. Maybe I will get a chance at Alien Snowfest.
